During sessions, you may experience feelings of exertion, increased heart rate, and heavier breathing, which are normal responses to physical activity. As your fitness improves, activities may become more vigorous if aligned with your goals but will remain within your capabilities. All exercises will be explained and demonstrated, so feel free to ask me questions at any time. Every exercise programme carries some risk. Your sessions are designed to minimise these risks while providing effective results. Please inform me of any conditions, such as illness, injury, or dietary concerns, that could affect your ability to exercise safely. When supervised by me, you will receive close guidance. When exercising alone, you are responsible for your safety. If you experience undue pain or discomfort, stop immediately and let me know. You are free to opt out of any activity at any time. Payments * Advance Payment Requirement All coaching must be paid for before programming and app access is granted. Failure to make payment will result in the cancellation of plan and app account. Payment Structure Payments are made monthly in advance, starting on the 1st of each month. If coaching starts partway through a month, the first payment will be pro-rated to cover the remaining days of that month. After that, full monthly payments will be due on the 1st of each month. Payment Methods Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer, Apple Pay or Google Pay. I Agree Cancellation * If you choose to cancel your monthly coaching, you'll continue to have full app access and support until the end of the month you’ve already paid for. No further payments will be taken after that. I Agree Refunds * If you decide to stop training after making your monthly payment, no refunds will be issued, as coaching is paid for in advance and your spot has been reserved for that month. I Agree Injuries * If you sustain an injury and are unable to train, no refunds will be issued for the current coaching period.
