What’s Included:

  1. Tailored training plan
    You’ll get a fully personalised program built around your goals, experience, and how many days you train.

  2. Your own Kate Lomax Coaching App account
    Inside my app, you'll find all your workouts, demo videos (taught by me), progress tracking, and a place to log the weights you lift.

  3. Nutrition support
    You’ll get calorie and macro targets tailored to your goal, plus a sample meal plan and in-app food tracking (just like MyFitnessPal).

  4. Weekly check-ins
    We’ll check in every week to review your training, nutrition, and how you’re feeling. You’ll get feedback, adjustments, and support, all through the app and voice/video notes from me.

  5. Messaging support
    You’re not doing this alone, you can message me in the app whenever you need guidance, feedback, or just a bit of accountability.

Everything Coached and Demonstrated By Me:

  • Yes! Your program is built around your goals, experience level, training schedule, and gym access.

  • Every exercise in your plan comes with a video demo, taught by me, so you’ll always know how to do it properly.

  • Yes! All my plans are gym and strength based. I can adapt the plan to the equipment your gym has.

  • We’ll stick with each training phase for 8–12 weeks, depending on how you're progressing. I will guide you through progressively overloading during each training block.

  • Check-ins are sent as a personalised video each week. I’ll review your logged workouts, food tracking, and overall progress from the past 7 days. You'll get tailored feedback and tips on how to navigate the week ahead, whether that’s training tweaks, nutrition advice, or support around social events and routine changes.

  • Yes you’ll have messaging support in the app so you can ask questions, get feedback, or just stay accountable throughout the week.
