Let’s be honest, the in person sessions are the most valuable part.
They’re an hour (which trust me is plenty). I’ll demo every exercise, give you cues that make sense, and make sure your form is spot on so your training is actually effective.
I’m not a shouty, militant PT, of course I’ll push you, but we’ll have a laugh too. I want it to feel like you’re training with a friend.

You get far more than just the in person session, because we need a full plan to actually get results.
That’s where my app comes in.
No trying to remember workouts or cramming notes in your phone. Your plans are all there with video demos taught by me, and the app tracks your weights and reps so you know exactly how to progress.
You can log your food there too, because who wants a million different apps. We keep it simple over here.

The more you track, the more feedback I can give, but if tracking isn’t your thing that’s completely fine. You can send food photos, we can tweak meals, and figure out what works for you
