What’s Included:
1:1 coaching session (45 mins to 1 hour, your choice)
We’ll go through your programmed session together, focusing on form and making sure you’re training with purpose and intensity.Your own Kate Lomax Coaching App account
You’ll get access to my app, where everything is kept in one place — your workouts, exercise demo videos (taught by me), food tracking, progress photos, and more.Fully programmed training plan
Outside of our 1:1 session, your other workouts will be laid out for you in the app, so you know exactly what to do each time you train. You’ll be able to log your weights, track your progress, and stay consistent.Nutrition support
You’ll get personalised calorie and macro targets, a sample meal plan, and in-app tracking so you can log your food, stay on track, and build habits that actually stick.Weekly in-person check-in
Each week, we’ll check in face-to-face to review your nutrition, training, and make any changes needed to keep you progressing.

Hey. I’m Kate.
My fitness journey began with chasing the "skinny" ideal through endless cardio, but it wasn’t sustainable. Discovering resistance training and learning how to properly fuel my body transformed not just my training but my mindset too.
With a Psychology degree focusing on food and behaviour, and previously having balanced fitness with a demanding career as a detective, I understand how to create sustainable plans that fit into busy lives.
Now, as a qualified Personal Trainer, I’m passionate about helping people build strength, boost confidence, and achieve lasting results—no extremes, just balanced, enjoyable progress.
