    Training, nutrition, and habits — all sent through the app. You’ll get a proper routine to follow that actually makes sense for you.

  • You check in, I coach
    We’ll chat throughout the week — you can message me anytime. I’ll review your food, give feedback, and help with anything that pops up.

  • We tweak things as we go
    Nothing’s set in stone. We adjust your plan based on how you feel, what’s going on in your life, and what’s working best.

  • My online plans are all around resistance training, so a gym or access to weights is needed!
